I incorporate cognitive techniques such as challenging negative thought patterns and helping with problem solving and coping skills. I believe working through difficult emotions and conflicts as they arise and developing a trusting, positive therapeutic relationship is essential to healing and growth in a person and couple.

I am LGBTQ-friendly and work with adults and couples. I provide treatment and facilitate change in those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stressful life transitions and changes as well as relationship issues of all kinds.

I am trained and center my practice in cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and sex therapy. These modalities recognize that everyone has a mix of strengths and weaknesses, however, it is a person's strengths that help them move through the barriers that keep them stuck.

In my free time, I usually can be found somewhere in nature taking long walks or hiking. My self care routine includes Yoga and Pilates. For fun, I very much enjoy hosting dinner parties with friends and family with menu item favs including homemade pasta recipes and banana bread for dessert! Travel goals in the next three years include Italy and Hawaii. A secret I will never tell - the exact # of times I have read the read the Harry Potter series.
