At our therapy practice, we value diversity and believe that it is essential in creating a safe and inclusive environment for all of our clients. We recognize that every individual has their own unique experiences, backgrounds, and identities, and we strive to create a space where all clients feel seen, heard, and valued. We are committed to actively promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of our work, and to providing culturally responsive care that is tailored to the needs of each individual client.
~ Victor Frankl
Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.

My greatest honor is helping you live your life to the fullest, whether that means working through moments of change, celebration, or challenge. I believe each of us has an innate wholeness, an inner strength, and the capacity to tap into our own wisdom. Life experiences such as hardship, trauma, inequity, stress, illness, neglect, invalidation, and lack of support can disconnect us from the truth of our inner capabilities. Therapy can provide the healing, insight, and empowerment needed to create the change you deserve and desire.
I believe in you and know you can reach the peak of greatness as you define it! My approach to therapy incorporates psychology theory, mind-body therapies including mindfulness and yoga, and a focus on culture and the impact it has on one’s life experiences. Throughout my career I have worked with clients in a variety of settings and have witnessed the beauty, strength, and resilience of the human spirit and the transformational power of the therapeutic relationship. I am excited to share your journey with you!
Do you believe I am the best person to guide and support you on your journey of personal transformation? Don't wait! Take that first step toward living your best life today!
I believe in the healing power of laughter, music, nature, movement, and connection, and I always seek to incorporate these natural avenues of healing in therapy to help you remember the things that bring you joy!
I will support you in bringing curiosity, compassion, and—at times—courage to areas of your life that can be difficult to feel or examine but which are often gateways to healing and change.
I will help you discover ways of understanding yourself, your process, and the human experience.
We will work together to achieve your goals, opening the doors to living the life you want, deserve, and value. I understand how collaboration between two people can bring about significant change to a person’s life.
I have over 20 years of self-directed study and mentorship, including travel throughout Asia, South America, Europe and the United States where I studied many forms of health and healing.
I hold certification as an International Yoga Therapist and have a Black Belt in movement healing art that incorporates dance, music, martial arts, and healing arts.
I incorporate mind-body therapies and an integrative approach to therapy to provide whole-person healing.
I have numerous proven tools and approaches to choose from when personalizing therapy specifically for you—there is no ‘cookie cutter’ approach that will get you feeling your best.
I bring a dedication to lifelong learning and an unwavering commitment to the quality of care I provide to each and every one of my clients.
I received a scholarship to pursue a dual bachelor’s degree at the University of Rochester, New York, in psychology and comparative cultures and religions dedicated to understanding modern and ancient cross-cultural models of helping people find meaning, purpose, innate resilience, love, and the ability to heal. I completed my doctorate at an Ohio University, with scholastic emphasis on equality, personal empowerment, and the value of both independence and health interdependence. I was honored to complete my postdoctoral residency at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in health psychology, treating acute and chronic physical illnesses, including cancer and chronic pain, grief and end of life issues, reproductive challenges and changes in body function.
I am well-established and well-versed in evidence-based therapies such as mindfulness, Mindful Self Compassion, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing.
I am dedicated to living a life of balance, gratitude, and growth. I have a daily meditation and yoga practice and love to be in nature: walking, paddle boarding, kayaking, and gardening. Traveling around the world, meeting new people, and experiencing new things excite me! Studying culture and wellness feeds my soul, as does quality time with friends and family. Other joys of mine include playing trivia, listening to music, and dancing. Currently I teach dance in my community! You can always find me trying something new to experience all life has to offer!

"...Dr. Rambaldo exemplifies a truly integrated approach to therapy..."
Working with Dr. Rambaldo in professional practice, I consistently am impressed with her unique ability to expertly meld health psychology with holistic wellness and mindfulness practices. Her interventions are eclectically informed, beautifully integrated, and deftly applied through strength of rapport and her ability to meet not only each client where they are at, but where each moment is. As a result, Dr. Rambaldo exemplifies a truly integrated approach to therapy. Her acumen for the client's experience in the here-and-now reflects a seeking to always be a learner in addition to being a teacher. She clearly recognizes both roles within her role as psychologist and wellness/mindfulness expert. Dr. Rambaldo’s depth of character and professionalism are truly lights that shine brightly in the lives of those she works with in her clinical practice.
