All you need to bring to therapy is honesty, vulnerability, and openness to change.
I work with individuals and couples who are experiencing great stress (including parenting, postpartum, mood issues and the abuse of substances), and significant life changes in the past, present, or coming in the future. As a therapist trained in Evidence-Based Practices, my treatment focuses include anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and trauma.
When I'm not supporting others to make positive changes in their lives, I am spending time with my husband, our two small kids, and our GIANT, lovable dog. When I am not working, you can find me outdoors, usually hiking or in our community garden. To relax and unwind I practice yoga, go on walks, listen to political podcasts, nerd-out on books about emotional wellness, and spend time with family and close friends. If I am being honest, I also adore watching psychological thrillers!
