We can do hard things.

I would love to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation call with YOU!

Personal growth is not always easy; if it were, everyone would embark on the road you are about to take. I already know you are resilient because you have made it this far. The question is: are you ready to truly own your strengths and show up as the person you know you’re meant to be? I am ready to help you grow that belief in yourself!

My clinical training at the University of Pennsylvania is where my strengths as a therapist began to come to life. Over the years I’ve honed my ability to support those looking to make changes to improve their lives.

My intention and commitment to working with you is to be your safe space and to support your efforts in making positive changes in your life. The work we do together will guide you down the path of discovering yourself, understanding the value you bring to all you are doing, and truly believing YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH in all that you want to do and be in your life.

Rhonda Seidman, LCSW

Do you believe I am the best person to guide and support you on your journey of personal transformation? Don't wait! Take that first step toward living your best life today!

Am I checking all the right boxes for you?

Having years of experience in the Pediatric Oncology department at New York University Medical Center and The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), I can assist parents and/or caregivers in navigating through the complex logistical and emotional challenges that arise with a cancer diagnosis.

+

Since there is no one-size-fits-all approach to understanding, growth, and self-discovery, my extensive training in several areas of psychological improvement allow me to tailor my approach depending on what you need, as an individual, to get to a better place that you know.

I am trained in various Cognitive Behavioral Therapy models to help you connect your thoughts to your feelings and behaviors to help you move toward your goals. We will work together to find patterns in how you think and do things, and together we will strategize how to make that work better for you in your life.

Processing difficult emotions related to relationships, career, health, life transitions, and loss is the most challenging thing you will ever do. We can do this work together so you don’t have to feel alone as you embark on making changes that work for you in your life.

When I'm not assisting my clients in moving toward their goals, you can usually find me getting my zen on in my local hot yoga studio, spending time with my family and friends, or getting lost in a creative project. I also enjoy reading, identifying something that makes me laugh everyday, shuttling my kids to various activities, and listening to podcasts (especially self-improvement ones)! Fun Fact: I was once nicknamed Reframe Rhonda for my uncanny ability to turn almost any negative situation into a positive one.

The        side of Rhonda

"...Rhonda is knowledgeable, highly skilled, and extremely caring..."

"I can, without hesitation, highly recommend Rhonda to anyone who is looking to improve the quality of their life and relationships through therapy. I have known Rhonda professionally for years. She is not only a dedicated therapist, she is also knowledgeable, highly skilled, and extremely caring. I would describe her as warm, empathic, and a very attuned listener and strategic problem solver. She gets it. Genuinely, she cares for her clients and tailors her approach to each person’s unique needs and goals."

"...She’s compassionate, a great listener, and she made me feel understood...."

"Working with Rhonda was life changing. She’s not only compassionate and a great listener, she is also someone who makes you feel understood. She never judged me when I was struggling through difficult parts of the therapy process or just struggling. During therapy, I found her to be extremely relatable and easy to talk to. She taught me beneficial coping skills and challenged me to continue working on them outside of sessions, so I really saw the impact of therapy in my daily life. Rhonda has impacted my life by giving me a new more positive lens to look through."
